Selm/Fuerteventura: Artenliste 20.02. – 03.03.2018 (Claudia Michaelis, Uwe Norra)

Während unseres Aufenthaltes auf Fuerteventura vom 20. Februar bis zum 03. März 2018 konnten wir die folgenden Vogelarten beobachten:
1.) Rostgans (Ruddy Shelduck) Tadorna ferruginea – annähernd täglich, Schwerpunkte waren bei La Oliva und der Golfplatz bei Caleta de Fuste mit jeweils über 10 Ex.
2.) Felsenhuhn (Barbary Partridge) Alectoris barbara – am 21., 24. und 27. Feb., bis zu 3 Pärchen im landwirtschaftlichen Anbaugebiet am Rande von La Oliva
3.) Wachtel (Common Quail) Coturnix coturnix – am 25. Feb., 1 Ex. nahe Radio-Funkturm Costa Calma
4.) Löffler (Eurasian Spoonbill) Platalea leucorodia – am 20. und 27. Feb., jeweils 4 bis 5 Ex. (mehrheitlich ad.) am Strand La Guirra Beach (Caleta de Fuste)
5.) Graurücken-/Schieferdommel (Dwarf Bittern) Ixobrychus sturmii – am 22. Feb.,1 Ex. im Barranco de Rio Cabras (dort überwinternd seit Anfang Dez. 2017, als 5. Nachweis WP)
6.) Kuhreiher (Cattle Egret) Bubulcus ibis – am 23. und 26. Feb., je 1 – 2 Ex. (Zufahrt zu Risco del Paso, Morro Jable, Zufahrt zum Oasis Park bei La Lajita)
7.) Graureiher (Grey Heron) Ardea cinerea – am 26. und 27. Feb., jeweils 1 imm. Ex am Golfplatz von Morro Jable und nahe Tonicosquey
8.) Seidenreiher ( Little Egret) Egretta garzette – am 20., 21., 22. und 25. Feb., an den Beobachtungstagen jeweils 1 Ex., u.a. La Guirra Beach und Barranco de Rio Cabras
9.) Basstölpel (Northern Gannet) Morus bassanus – 03. März, 3 Ex. (2 ad., 1 subad.) weit über dem Meer fliegend, bei Boca de Esquinzo/Paraios Playa
10.) Schmutzgeier (Egyptian Vulture) Neophron percnopterus majorensis – am 21., 22. und 28. Feb., Baranco de Rio Cabras und La Oliva 1 bis 2 Ex., allerdings am Futterplatz bei Tiscamanita über 20 Ex.
11.) Mäusebussard ( Common Buzzard) Buteo buteo insularum – am 21. und 22. Feb. & 01. März, je 1 bis 2 Ex. im Barranco de Rio Cabras und bei Tiscamanita
12.) Kragentrappe (Houbara Bustard) Chlamydotis undulata fuertaventurae – am 27. und 28. Feb., jeweils 2 Ex. im Gebiet nahe Tindaya
13.) Teichralle (Common Moorhen) Gallinula chloropus – 21. Feb., 2 Ex. Barranco de Rio Cabras
14.) Triel (Stone Curlew) Burhinus oedicnemus insularum – am 24., 25. und 28. Feb., je einmal 1 Ex. nahe La Pared und einmal 2 Ex. nahe Tindaya
15.) Stelzenläufer (Black-winged Stilt) Himantopus himantopus – am 21. und 22. Feb. & 01. März, jeweils 8 bis 10 Ex. im Barranco de Rio Cabras (mit Kopulation)
16.) Sandregenpfeifer (Common Ringed Plover) Charadrius hiaticula – am 20. und 21. Feb., je 1 Ex. (La Guirra Beach, Punta Gonzalo)
17.) Flussregenpfeifer (Little Ringed Plover) Charadrius dubius curonicus – 21. und 22. Feb. & 01. März, je 2 Ex. Am Strand in Flughafennähe (Punta Gonzalo) und im Barranco de Rio Cabras
18.) Bekassine (Common Snipe) Gallinago gallinago – 01. März, 1 Ex. abfliegend im Barranco de Rio Cabras
19.) Regenbrachvogel (Whimbrel) Numenius phaeopus – am 20. Feb., 3 Ex. spätnachmittags am Strand La Guirra Beach (Caleta de Fuste)
20.) Grünschenkel (Common Greenshank) Tringa nebularia – am 21. und 22. Feb., je 1 Ex. (Punta Gonzalo, Barranco de Rio Cabras)
21.) Waldwasserläufer (Green Sandpiper) Tringa ochropus – 21. Feb. & 01. März, je 1 Ex. Barranco de Rio Cabras
22.) Flussuferläufer (Common Sandpiper) Actitis hypoleucos – am 20. Feb., 1 Ex. am Strand La Guirra Beach (Caleta de Fuste)
23.) Sanderling (Sanderling) Calidris alba – am 21. Feb., 5 Ex. am Strand (Punta Gonzalo) in Flughafen-Nähe
24.) Rennvogel (Cream-coloured Courser) Cursorius cursor – am 24. Feb., lediglich 2 Ex., im Gebiet nahe El Cotillo
25.) Mittelmeermöwe (Yellow-legged Gull) Larus michahellis atlantis – täglich, einzeln oder in kleinen Trupps, nur im Barranco de Rio Cabras große rastende Schwärme (um 1.000 Ex.)
26.) Heringsmöwe (Lesser Black-backed Gull) Larus fuscus – 01. März., von der kanarischen Unterart der Mittelmeermöwe je nach Lichteinfall schwer bis kaum zu unterscheiden, sicher bestimmt nur einige anhand von Flugaufnahmen der Möwenansammlung im Barranco de Rio Cabras
27.) Brandseeschwalbe (Sandwich Tern) Thalasseus sandvicensis – am 20. Feb., spätnachmittags am Strand La Guirra Beach (Caleta de Fuste) ca. 220 Ex. ruhend
28.) Sandflughuhn (Black-bellied Sandgrouse) Pterocles orientalis – am 21., 22. und 24. Feb., Tagessummen bis 11 Ex., in Gruppen bis 5 Ex. (La Oliva, Tiscamanita, El Cotillo, Tindaya)
29.) Felsentaube (Rock Dove) Clumba livia canarensis – ohne eindeutiges Beobachtungsdatum, es gibt eine eigene Unterart auf den Kanaren, aber eben auch ursprünglich gezeichnete Haustauben
29.1.) Haustaube (Feral Pigeon) Columba livia forma domestica – täglich, vor allen in den Ortschaften zahlreich, mit Tagessummen von über 50 Ex.
30.) Türkentaube (Collared Dove) Streptopelia decaocto – täglich, wie die Haustaube überall vertreten, aber nicht ganz so zahlreich. Mit Tagessummen über 20 Ex.
31.) Wiedehopf (Hoopoe) Upupa epops – am 22., 24. und 27. Feb. & 01. März, an den Beobachtungstagen je 1 bis 2 Ex. (Barranco de Rio Cabras, La Oliva etc.)
32.) Turmfalke (Common Kestrel) Falco tinnunculus dacotiae – am 23., 26. und 27. Feb. & 01. März, an den Beobachtungstagen je 1 bis 2 Ex.
33.) Merlin (Merlin) Falco columbarius – am 24. Feb., 1 Ex. Am 24.02.18 nahe Tindaya vorbeifliegend
34.) Mönchssittich (Monk Parakeet) Myiopsitta monachus – am 23. und 25. Feb., als eingebürgerte Art am Playa del Matorral (nahe Morro Jable), dort mit etwa 20 Ex. versammelt.
35.) Halsbandsittich (Rose-ringed Parakeet) Psittacula krameri – am 23. Feb., am 23.02.18 auch 3 bis 4 Ex. dieser Art zwischen den Mönchssittichen nahe Morro Jable
36.) Mittelmeer-Raubwürger (Southern Grey Shrike) Lanius meridionalis koenigi – fast täglich, mit Tagessummen von 2 bis 3 Ex. Beobachtet, teils aus nächstes Nähe
37.) Kolkrabe (Northern Raven) Corvus corax canariensis – täglich, verbreitet, bis in die Ortschaften vorkommend. Tagessummen bis über 20 Ex.
38.) Afrikanische Blaumeise/Ultramarinmeise (African Blue Tit) Cyanistes teneriffae ultramarinus – am 22. Feb., 1 Ex. rufend im Barranco de Rio Cabras
39.) Stummellerche (Lesser Short-toed Lark) Calandrella rufescens – annähernd täglich, in den Schwerpunkten nahe Tindaya und La Oliva auch kleine Trupps mit bis etwa 20 Ex.
40) Rauchschwalbe (Barn Swallow) Hirundo rustica – am 21. Feb., 1 Ex. am Strand (Punta Gonzalo) in Flughafen-Nähe
41.) Mehlschwalbe (House Martin) Delichon urbicum – am 20. Feb., ca. 5 Ex. jagend an Fassaden und Balkonen des Sharaton-Hotels (Caleta de Fuste)
42.) Zilpzalp (Common Chiffchaff) Phylloscopus collybita – 26. und 28. Feb., je 1 Ex. Golfplatz Morro Jable und Costa Calma (einzelne weitere Laubsänger blieben auf Artebene unbestimmt)
43.) Gelbbrauenlaubsänger (Yellow-browed Warbler) Phylloscopus inornatus – 25. Feb., Gesang dieser Art in Morro Jable, ohne den Vogel entdecken zu können
44.) Mönchsgrasmücke (Eurasian Blackcap) Sylvia atricapilla – 26., 27. und 28. Feb., einzelne Ex. In Costa Calma, auch mit Gesang
45.) Brillengrasmücke (Spectacled Warbler) Sylvia conspicillata – am 27. Feb., 1 Männchen in einem Vorgarten in Almacigo
46.) Samtkopfgrsasmücke (Sardinian Warbler) Sylvia melanocephala – 25. Feb., 2 Ex. In Coasta Calma
47.) Singdrossel (Song Thrush) Turdus philomelos – 22. und 23. Feb., je 1 Ex. Am Golfplatz bei Caleta de Fuste und in Costa Calma
48.) Kanarenschmätzer (Canary Islands Stonechat) Saxicola dacotiae dacotiae – am 26. Feb., ein warnendes und futtertragendes Pärchen am Golfplatz von Morro Jable in Nestnähe
49.) Weidensperling (Spanish Sparrow) Passer hispaniolensis – täglich, als einzige „Spatzenart“ der Insel weit verbreitet und stellenweise zahlreich vorkommend
50.) Gebirgsstelze (Grey Wagtail) Motacilla cinerea – am 26. Feb., 1 Ex. am Golfplatz von Morro Jable
51.) Bachstelze (White Wagtail) Motacilla alba – am 21., 22. und 26. Feb., jeweils 1 Ex. Barranco de Rio Cabras und Golfplatz von Morro Jable
52.) Kanarenpieper (Berthelot´s Pipit) Anthus berthelotii – täglich, diese Art war wirklich so gut wie überall in einzelnen Ex. Vertreten.
53.) Buchfink (Common Chaffinch) Fringilla coelebs – am 28. Feb., 1 Ex. nahe Radio-Funkturm Costa Calma
54.) Wüstengimpel (Trumpeter Finch) Bucanetes githagineus – annähernd täglich, schwerpunktmäßig z.B. am Barranco de Rio Cabras mit ca. 15 Ex. Im lockeren Trupp
55.) Bluthänfling (Common Linnet) Carduelis cannabina – 22., 24.,25., 26. und 28. Feb., Tagessummen bis über 10 Ex., vor allem Golfplatz Caleta de Fuste, La Oliva und Costa Calma
56.) Distelfink (European Goldfinch) Carduelis carduelis – am 23., 25., 26., 27. und 28. Feb., wiederholt in einzelnen Exemplaren festgestellt, vor allem in Costa Calma
57.) Girlitz (European Serin) Serinus serinus – 27. Feb., 1 singendes Männchen nahe Radio-Funkturm Costa Calma
58.) Zwergammer (Little Bunting) Emberiza pusilla – 25. und 27. Feb., je 1 bis 2 Ex. (von insgesamt 5 anwesenden), nahe Radio-Funkturm Costa Calma
